BluePeak Outreach is an intelligence and automation firm based in New Delhi, India. We deliver decision-ready competitive intelligence briefs and design and deploy AI automation systems for businesses. References to "you" or "the client" mean any person or organisation that uses our website or engages our services.

2Use of our website

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Use the website in any way that breaches applicable laws or regulations;
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, its servers, or any connected systems;
• Introduce malicious code, or interfere with the proper working of the website;
• Copy, reproduce, or republish material from the website except as permitted under these Terms.

3Services & engagement

The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for any engagement are agreed separately in a proposal, quotation, or written agreement. Where there is any conflict between these Terms and a signed engagement document, the engagement document prevails for that engagement.

4Payment terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• An advance may be required before work begins on an engagement;
• Retainer services are billed on a recurring monthly basis;
• Invoices are payable within the period stated on the invoice;
• Fees are exclusive of any applicable taxes, which are charged in addition where required.

5Intelligence & advisory disclaimer

Our research, intelligence briefs, and recommendations are prepared with reasonable care using available information and sound methodology. However, they represent informed analysis and professional judgement — not guarantees of outcomes. Business decisions you make remain your responsibility. BluePeak is not liable for commercial decisions taken on the basis of our deliverables, and we do not provide legal, financial, or investment advice.

6Automation services

Automation systems we build operate on third-party platforms (such as the official WhatsApp Business Platform, messaging tools, and cloud services). The availability, rules, and pricing of those platforms are outside our control. We are not responsible for downtime, policy changes, or service interruptions caused by third-party providers, though we will make reasonable efforts to support and maintain the systems we deploy.

7Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is owned by or licensed to BluePeak Outreach and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. On full payment for an engagement, ownership of the specific final deliverables created for you transfers to you, while BluePeak retains ownership of its underlying methods, frameworks, templates, and know-how.

8Confidentiality

We treat the business information you share with us as confidential and use it only to deliver your engagement. Where appropriate, we are happy to sign a mutual non-disclosure agreement before any research begins. We similarly ask that you keep our proposals, methods, and deliverables confidential.

9Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BluePeak's total liability arising out of or in connection with any engagement shall not exceed the fees paid by you for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunity.

10Cancellation

Either party may end a retainer engagement with reasonable written notice as set out in the relevant proposal. Fees for work already performed, and any committed costs, remain payable up to the effective date of cancellation.

11Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi.

12Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version, and continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
